Over the years, the National Congress of Black Women Foundation has been involved in youth scholarship programs.
For instance, the National Congress of Black Women Foundation / UMOJA Society has operated a scholarship program to assist to African-Caribbean-Canadian Youths.
Also, there has been an Annual Rosemary Award for Women, and participation in the Rosemary Brown Undergraduate Scholarship in Social Justice (selection committee).
